Nick founded Spectrum Benefits Solutions after holding sales and executive roles at a top 10 national brokerage firm, where he honed his expertise in developing innovative, employer-focused benefits solutions.  Specializing in alternative funding arrangements to optimize cost control and leveraging technology to streamline benefit administration, Nick delivers tailored strategies that align seamlessly with his clients' goals.

Known for his commitment to exceptional customer service and his ability to integrate with both HR teams and C-suite executives, Nick ensures his solutions address both operational and strategic objectives.  A recognized expert in employee benefits, he holds an Advanced Self-Funding certification from the National Association of Health Underwriters.

Outside of work, Nick enjoys golfing and spending time with his wife, daughter, and their energetic Golden Doodle, Palmer.
